I have been employed at H2Compute since January 2011. One thing which was instantly noticeable was the great working atmosphere and the collegiality within the company. I have been employed at various “large” companies in my previous positions. To me the difference with working at H2Compute is the enterprising and personal character. H2Compute’s management team is always open to employees’ ideas and they like to see these through whenever possible.
The company really appreciates its employees having a proactive attitude and this has a very motivating effect! Plus you are given all the required means to further develop yourself. This includes courses, participation with business clubs/associations etc... In short: Every day I go to work at H2Compute with a great deal of enthusiasm and enjoyment!

The very first thing I noticed about H2Compute during my initial contact with them was how driven and enthusiastic they were! I was working as a systems manager at an insurance intermediary. I talked to various different H2Compute colleagues before I decided to make the change. Working on interesting, technical and challenging projects with a nice group of like-minded colleagues was something I had wanted to do for a long time and that is exactly what I am doing now. The lack of complex management layers and a clear ‘on the job’ focus are things which I find very appealing. But, at least as important, was the, perhaps somewhat cliché-like, “click” I instantly had with the company.
H2Compute gives me the room to develop myself. This is achieved through courses and training ‘on the job’. A great deal of attention is devoted to what my own personal feelings are in relation to a future assignment. Enjoying your work is very high on the list of priorities. We enjoy bringing the IT complexity back to basics at H2Compute. We say what we do, but definitely always do what we have said we’d do!
